Discount Office Supply for the Mail Room

The mail room in your office is often under appreciated but incredibly important. If it weren’t for those people working down there, you’d never get important business letters in the mail. You wouldn’t be able to send out anything from the office, or reroute your packages from home to your cubicle. If you are never home to get that UPS package, it’s going to get sent back, so why not send it to work?

But the mail room can’t function if you don’t have the right discount office supply for it. So what do you need? Well list the most obvious items. Packaging tape, envelopes (from plain white letter envelopes to bubble mailers),  and twine to keep everything together.

You should also invest in a scale so they can be easily weighed for appropriate postage. You don’t want to send something out to only have it returned to you a few days later. Organizer racks are going to be important when you have all those documents and envelopes everywhere. Keep your in and out mail separate and employee mail separated by floor or department.

Your discount office supply for the mail room is as important as anything else in the office, so make sure you are well stocked up!
